The artery networks are organized by cancer types.  In each cancer type, three tables are reported: (1) Cytoscape sif file of the artery network, (2) Node levels of the artery network, (3) Edge weights of the artery network.  For the consensus network, we report (1) Cytoscape sif file of the artery network, (2) Node levels of the artery network, (3) Gene set enrichment of nodes in the artery network.
