Windows_GASA.zip: Windows version of GASA

You will need to install Python 2.7 before using this version. 
WARNING: this code does not work with Python 3.2.

Please enter "python GASA.py --help" or "python GASA.py -h" for the usage.

A test file (RealData_3genes2factors_nolabel.txtt) with only 5 genes 
(two of which are factors with no incoming links) is also included.  

Note: You might want to reduce the number of generations in GA from 10,000
to 3,000 for slower machines.
